Our Team

Meet our Pastor, James Kent Hart and his family. Pastor Kent was born In Charlottesville, Virginia on November 24th 1993. Kent is married to Meghan Elizabeth Hart and they have three children,  two boys and one girl. Carter, Madison and Joshua. Both Kent and Meghan grew up on the outskirts of Charlottesville in the Scottsville and Fluvanna County area. Both Kent and Meghan Served at Charlottesville First Church of the Nazarene in Keswick Virginia from 2016-2021. Kent served as the Young Adult Pastor and Meghan served as a Children's Ministry Leader. Pastor Kent is a licensed minister in the Church of the Nazarene. 

In the year 2020 Pastor Kent felt that the Lord was calling him to plant a church in the heart of Charlottesville. At that time, Kent was leading a discipleship group of 12 young men that met outside in local parks every Saturday at 7:00am in the morning. In early 2021 Kent decided that it was time to embrace the call of God upon his life to plant Ground Zero Church. The discipleship group of young men became his church planting team. 

Pastor Kent is a bi-vocational pastor. He is also a certified master BMW automotive technician with over 12 years of experience. He currently works at BMW of Charlottesville.
